Catering at the Baltic is provided by the Exchange's in-house branch of leading London restaurant and wine group Balls Brothers.
Balls Brothers is well known in London’s eating and drinking circles for its wine bars and restaurants across the City and the West End. Still a family run company, the firm can trace its routes back to the middle of the 19th century and today is focused on running its wine bars and restaurants as well as a thriving wine merchant business.
As you would expect from a leading wine merchant, the wine list offered by Balls Brothers is second to none and selected from many of the world’s top growers. A high standard of cuisine is on offer, with dishes made from the finest home produced ingredients.
A regularly changing contemporary menu is available for your function at the Baltic Exchange.
