MEETING ROOMS
Located at the very heart of the City of London, the Baltic Exchange combines the contemporary with the traditional within a beautiful Grade ii listed building. All our rooms are serviced by in-house catering staff from leading restaurant and wine Group, Balls Brothers and house independent climate control. Our technical team can supply a full range of a/v equipment for your meeting and if there's anything out of the ordinary you should need, please just ask your allocated events manager who will be happy to assist.
Our Board Room has a stately feel whilst warm colors and good natural lighting provide an intimate atmosphere for larger groups of up to 28. Used for banqueting, formal meetings and presentations the Baltic Boardroom leaves a lasting impression.
The Churchill room houses an oak table with portraits and subtle artifacts representing the connection between the great man himself and the Baltic. The room also holds a commanding view over the Gherkin Piazza through two large windows which also allows an abundance of natural light into the room. For groups of up to 14.
Royal Albert
The Royal Albert room which is modern in style provides one of the most purposely designed, flexible meeting spaces in the City. Boasting, huge windows, two adjoining break-out rooms and top of the range a/v capability, this is the ultimate high-tech conference facility for up to 16 delegates.
Royal Victoria
The Royal Victoria is the busiest meeting room at the Exchange, boasting a cloakroom and reception lobby and can accommodate up to 22 people. The room acts as both a presentation suite and boardroom.
King George V
The King George V room is used for workshops of up to 20 and as a luncheon suite. Features include large windows, flexible meeting space and a cloak room.
